When I initially arrived at GMU, I became aware that the Creative Services department had become a sort of FedEx/Kinko’s customer service model and was not viewed as an experienced partner in the creative process. So as an answer to that perspective, we created a light-hearted, yet effective internal campaign focused on each area of our services.
